CBAR - First Edition Release

 

I fulfilled a lifelong dream and officially released my first book on Amazon, Kobo and Apple Books. CBAR covers what I've learned over my lifetime studying and experiencing the topic of self improvement. This first edition is meant to get feedback from reviewers and tweak the manuscript to tighten it up.

CBAR - Second Edition Soft-Release

 

Received some great feedback from reviewers and updated the manuscript tweaking the grammar and added a passage to the final chapter. Also worked with a great editor, Doreen Martens, to help solidify the content. And also hired Matt Davies to design a creative new cover design.
